Having a strategy is really helping me! You have great ideas. I never had a strategy of macro vs micro before. I’m stuck in where to put things. Now I know that I need to create places for things. How to make files in digital storage also helped me a lot.

At first I thought, "Why should I pay for a session? I can just tidy myself for free." But here's the catch: I wasn't tidying myself! The session gave me the push that I needed to get started. And now my closet is uncluttered and I can enjoy a sense of calm every time I open it.

I was able to declutter my home. It took me maybe nine months, but I did it! I'm so happy and proud of myself. I always get much more done in a Tidy Together session than when I'm doing it alone. You can ask questions whenever you're stuck, and Rebekah's support makes things feel much easier to tackle. Over time, you also get used to decluttering and letting things go. It gets easier. And the emails? I love them! ❤️ I'd absolutely recommend it. It helps enormously.

Showing up for Tidy Together Sessions and letting Rebekah get to know me and my home has helped me to open up and raise my standards for my home. It gets easier the more you show up! Do it as a gift for your future self. It was scary at first but it was worth the anxiety because it was so effective to be there for live accountability coaching. Then I got used to it and now it is easy and fun!

I made a decision beforehand that I wanted to use the time to tackle a task I had put off for years. I used the time to plow through it and macro sorted and prepared shredding as I went along. Filled a bag with paper recycling too! And made minimalistic piles for my kids.

A long time ago I once heard a presenter say that different students need different amounts of time “in the marinade.” For me that means hearing the information and reading the information and then doing the task. When I follow through with the Paper Purge and Painless Pesach challenges, I have your voice “on tape” in my mind to “play” and thereby encourage me while doing the task!

I tell people that even if it doesn't work perfectly or they don't think they'll do it all, it gives you a list and a schedule to use. You don't have to do it in the right order if you don't want to but having that printed out list is valuable even if you switch the weeks around.
